I have some 1st quarter 2012 numbers in the Winter Park Area to share, and these are no joke. The numbers look pretty good in my opinion when compared to Q1 in 2011.
The sales of single family homes are down slightly (number of units sold) but the sales volume is up by 13%. The sales price jumped from $473K to $660K! That trend is continuing as we have several higher end homes under contract right now.
The condo sales are down in volume by about 10% but up in number of units sold. The sheer number of available units has caused the average sales price to fall below 200K.
Townhomes have made an extraordinary gain with both unit sales and volume up 250%!!
Spring is the time when things slow down for a bit but we tend to see more listings hit the market. Stay tuned for a Grand Lake and Granby market update soon!

"Can’t say enough good things about this company. Especially Shanna Lalley and Skylar Marshall. I have bought and sold two properties with their help and the level of professionalism was beyond my expectations. With each transaction they were there to answer any and all of my questions and concerns, and to make sure the transaction went smoothly. More than anything I have to say it was the continuation of the after sales service that really impressed. As many of us know there can be issues beyond the date of sale and not once was i made to feel like an inconvenience. Always friendly, happy to hear from us and happy to help."
