According to Gogobot as seen on CNN, the number 2 spot in the US for kids is none other than our very own Winter Park Resort!

Announced last week as part of Gogobot's Travelers' Favorites awards, attractions were selected based on Gogobot user recommendations on places that can be enjoyed by folks both young and old.  The Gogobot site has 3.7 million users.  The top attraction was awarded to the Exploratorium in San Francisco and with 5 out of 5 stars was Winter Park.  Gogobot users said of our very own resort that they "love to take their kids skiing here with the Alice in Wonderland themed ski runs, the ski schools are top notch and the entire resort is ready to welcome the whole family".  Other attractions that made this short list included Legoland California, Dollywood's Splash Country, Sea Turtle Rescue and the Boston Children's Museum among others.

Us locals already know why we love it and we're thrilled to see that our little community is being noticed outside of our state.  The resort is reporting more visitors this year than in many previous years, revenue is up and the snow is still in the forecast!  What?  Winter Park Resort is staying open an extra week this year, not due to close until April 27th now.  So, there's still time to load the car, book a ticket, find a room and visit us.  While you're here, you may just see for yourself how wonderful it is to be part and live the in Winter Park and Fraser Valley and we hope you'll think of reaching out to us for all your Real Estate Needs!
