Ahh....Spring in the Rockies. The skiing is warm & sunny, the sun is out much longer each day, it is that time of year when we will be expecting more properties to hit the market. So, make sure you are set up on listing alerts to you get those new listings emailed to you.
Now that we’re into the last part of the first quarter of 2012, we wanted to share some market tidbits with you. At the Realtor Day at the Capital in Denver, real estate trends were a hot topic and the predictions were that 2012 will look a lot like 2011: prices and sales activity won’t change drastically. Less government incentives will be likely as well: no first time homebuyer incentives, fewer energy improvement incentives, etc. Does this mean the market can stand on its own? Only time will tell. Here at Real Estate of Winter Park, we’re very pleased with the property interest, internet inquiries and phone calls we’ve been receiving in the last couple of weeks. We’re optimistic about sales in this wonderful Winter Park-Fraser Valley in the months to come.
Real Estate of Winter Park emphasizes teamwork, customer service and a strong marketing campaign. By working together we help each other and our clients to create the best real estate experience for everyone!

"I know Amanda since her son and my grandson are great friends. I didn't have to look for advertising.
Amanda is so nice and was extremely helpful. She walked and talked me through every step and was always available for all the questions I had. I would definitely recommend her to anybody looking for property in the Grand County area.
I love the fact that Real Estate of Winter Park makes a donation to a charitable organization after each closing. I wish more companies did that."
