Hello from snowy Winter Park! Ski Season has officially begun! I was able to ski on opening day at Winter Park Resort last week and even had my "2nd" day out on Sunday! Only a few runs open but it was fun and we even had some fresh powder on Sunday.
Real estate sales continue to be quite active in the Winter Park/Fraser area. Lots of buyers are taking advantage of the low pricing and the low interest rates and are looking forward to having their own "ski pad" this Winter. Many are choosing to rent their units when they are not in town to offest their expenses. Looking for rental information? Check out winterparklodging.com, great company with great programs. They can give you an idea of average rental income on many different homes or condos.
Did you buy your Winter Park Resort season pass? Have you been up to take a few turns? Let me know if you are in the area and we can take a look at a few properties which may be of interest! Hope to hear from you soon. Sue

We always wondered if she would "fire" us as clients, as we seemed to be all over the map, both geographically and property-wise. But she always responded to our requests and provided informed and even-keeled input as we worked through the maze of dizzying options and market conditions."
