Curious what is hiding under the big white tent in Winter Park?
If you’ve driven through downtown Winter Park recently, you’ve probably noticed the huge white tent on the East side of Highway 40 next to Strip and Tail Restaurant and not far from the new grocery store, Fireside Market and Eatery.
The tent is providing shelter for construction of another phase of the Hideaway Station project, the same project included Fireside Market and Eatery. This next phase will include 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condominiums, that will be priced in the mid $400,000s. With three floor plans to choose from, the condos will be 1,100 - 1,200 square feet and feature a two-level floor plan.
Not far from the tent work continues on the Townhouses at Arrow where The Shed was previously located. The Arrow Townhomes feature a 3-4 bedroom floor plans with attached garages, and rooftop decks.
