I recently complete the Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE©) designation program. The MCNE© program consists of six training courses covering professional negotiation theory and techniques, as well as practical application to real estate negotiation situations.
Negotiation skills are very important to my client's ultimate success in any market. Whether it is dealing with competing offers, getting top dollar for my sellers, handling inspection items, closing timing - I vow to always do what is in the best interest for for clients by doing my very best to negotiate for them.... after all, isn't that what you hire me to do?
