Grab your skins or snowshoes and join the fun for Winter Park's First Annual Uphill Battle, a Poker Run Event, on February 10th. The grand prize is $500, and there are lots of other prizes too, for best costume, worst hand, etc.  For details and registration go to: http://www.winterparkresort.com/things-to-do/events/uphill-battle.  The Uphill Battle is presented by: Winter Park Resort, Winter Park Chamber, Smith Optics, Patron Tequila, and New Belgium Brewery.  As a side- note, the Uphill Battle is replacing the annual Cupid's Revenge event.

Also on February 10th is the 5th Annual Ranch2Ranch XC Ski Trek. Cross Country Ski from Granby Ranch to Snow Mountain Ranch via the Fraser to Granby Trail. Finally, you won't want to miss the 43rd Annual Wells Fargo Ski Cup, February 23rd - 25th.  The Wells Fargo Ski Cup boasts the longest running professional ski race in the country and serves as a signature fundraiser for the National Sports Center for the Disabled (NSCD). Get in on the action and sponsor a Corporate Challenge team. This one of a kind opportunity allows you and five friends/co-workers/clients of your choice to compete as a team in a professionally timed and executed race with a disabled athlete from the NSCD Competition Program.
