It's that time of year again! Everyone is gearing up for the holiday season, especially in Winter Park! Have you been to the base area at night? The lights and tree are so beautiful and the entire base area at Winter Park looks so festive. The new lights they installed as a canopy over the village shopping area really look great and call attention to all the shops and restaurants.
The towns of Winter Park and Fraser look great as well. The snowflakes along highway 40 are lit up at night and quide you as you drive through town. Real Estate of Winter Park is decorated as well and looks very festive. We have put up a x-mas tree at our house and are in the process of putting up lights and decorations.
Real estate sales have remained strong, I had quite a few closings in November and buyers really were able to get some great buys on property. Take a look at our Real Estate of Winter Park website at www.rewinterpark.com to view all listings in the area. We have a search button where you can designate exactly what you are looking for and come up with a list of all available properties in the area. You can also call or email me with with your wish list and I will forward listings to take a look at.
Hope you have a great holiday season no matter how you celebrate. Stop by our office and say hello if you are in town! Happy New Year!! Sue

"Over the course of 3 years, our broker had the patience of a saint, was never judgemental, and always presented as happy to see us. We always wondered if she would "fire" us as clients, as we seemed to be all over the map, both geographically and property-wise. But she always responded to our requests and provided informed and even-keeled input as we worked through the maze of dizzying options and market conditions."
