We were skeptical. The snow was covering the Divide this morning on our way to school, but no way was it going to get to our 9,100 ft. elevation in the town of Winter Park as was predicted. As I sit here in the office staring out my window I can't help but feel guilty that I didn't send my kids to school with boots, a coat or mittens. I'll get a note from the teacher I'm sure of it. It's been coming down in huge flakes since 8am. It doesn't seem to be letting up. I'm staring at REWPs Skicrow Entry in our front yard (that hit a tree while skiing out of bounds) and realize that the big fluffy white stuff has made an appearance in the high country. I dwell for a few more minutes. As I sit here now, I'm thinking about whether my cross country skis need to be tuned up and what in the world did I do with my ski boots? My guilt has subsided and I'm suddenly excited for the winter season ahead. To be honest, I'm not sure what I make of all the El Nino predictions for snowfall here in Winter Park or the Northern Colorado Mountains. I don't much trust the weather reports anymore. I'm much better at waking up and deciding on my own what the day has in store. I was wrong this morning however, so there's that. I guess I won't quit my day job! Who am I kidding however? Day job, night job, weekend job - I'm here at Real Estate of Winter Park and I love my job. There's people looking to buy into their next investment, families looking to relocate to the Fraser Valley or sell their home and others who want the perfect mountain condo to enjoy and call their own. I'll be here - unless this snow really keeps up and then you'll find me out on the trails with those cross country skis and boots I just found!

Why Listing Photos MatterThey say a picture is worth a thousand words-
"Can’t say enough good things about this company. Especially Shanna Lalley and Skylar Marshall. I have bought and sold two properties with their help and the level of professionalism was beyond my expectations. With each transaction they were there to answer any and all of my questions and concerns, and to make sure the transaction went smoothly. More than anything I have to say it was the continuation of the after sales service that really impressed. As many of us know there can be issues beyond the date of sale and not once was i made to feel like an inconvenience. Always friendly, happy to hear from us and happy to help."
