Seasons are changing in Winter Park, Colorado!
Went hiking with a good friend and my doggies yesterday. We hiked up the Jim Creek Trail right across from Winter Park Resort. This is a moderate hike with some climbing and navigating through and around the creek. I believe it is approximately 4 miles one way. We had a great time even though it rained pretty much the whole hike. My dogs loved the trail and swimming in the creek.
Have you been up lately to see the start of the fall colors in Winter Park? The aspens are changing to a beautiful yellow and the mornings are much cooler. I was up this morning to work out at 5:30 and it was quite dark!
Real estate sales in Grand County have continued to be steady. Mortgage rates are still hovering under 5% which has attracted many buyers to make a decision on the future mountain home. Let me know how I can help you in your search. I would love to send you a list of available properties. I look forward to hearing from you.
Happy Fall! Sue
