Hello again from WP!! Just back from a 6 day bike ride, Ride The Rockies, we traveled over 400 miles and had a great time. The ride began in Gunnison, Colorado, stopped over in Carbondale, Leadville, Granby, Estes Park and ended in Ft. Collins.
Grand County was the highlight of my trip! It was fun to have a night in my "town" and be able to stay in my own bed in Winter Park! Winter Park was beautiful the day we rode in. Another highlight of my trip was to bike over Rocky Mountain National Park and end up in Estes Park. It was a clear, blue sky, sunny day and the ride was so beautiful (the downhill was fun too). We had to do a little re-routing to Ft. Collins due to the fires there, my thoughts and prayers go out to everyone who lost their homes.
Now that I am back in Winter Park it is back to work. Please call or email me for all your real estate needs. The market is picking up, there are great deals to be had in the Winter Park area, interest rates are still low too. Please let me know how I can help! Thanks, Sue

"I have closed three sales with Peter over the last few years. Peter has always been responsive and extremely knowledgable on Grand county real estate. The main thing with Peter is his ability to put a deal together, and to go way beyond what a normal realtor would do for his clients. If you are looking to buy or sell a property in Grand county this would be a great choice."
