“An Adventure Basecamp”… That's what Elevation Outdoors Magazine called Winter Park during their announcement that we are once again Colorado’s Top Adventure Town! That’s right, Winter Park was given this awesome title in 2017 and now again in 2018. Not only are we easily accessible from Denver, especially now that Amtrak’s Winter Park Express ski train is back but you can’t beat our proximity to fly fishing, sport climbing, 600 miles of bike trails and our 2,220 feet of vertical drop! If you grew up here, it’s where you went to play. If you just moved here, it’s time you made it your favorite mountain town.
While we are honored to be named Colorado’s Top Adventure Town it would also be really nice to win the title of USA Today’s Favorite Place to Ski and Snowboard in North America! USA Today asked a panel of skiing and snowboarding experts to nominate their 20 favorite resort mountains that offer serious snowfall, varied terrain, lots of lift access and all the desirable amenities in town and Winter Park made the list! We are currently in first place but need your vote! Winners will be announced on Friday, December 7.

"Over the course of 3 years, our broker had the patience of a saint, was never judgemental, and always presented as happy to see us. We always wondered if she would "fire" us as clients, as we seemed to be all over the map, both geographically and property-wise. But she always responded to our requests and provided informed and even-keeled input as we worked through the maze of dizzying options and market conditions."
