It’s that time of year again, where things get quiet, the resort is closed, restaurants close, and locals vacation outside of the valley. While we patiently wait for winter to arrive, it’s the perfect time to get outside and explore the changing colors, the flowing rivers, and the amazing serenity and scenery that surrounds us! So exactly where you might ask? Here are a few of my favorites...
Take a trip to Rocky Mountain National Park
RMNP has over 60 peaks well above 12,000 in elevation. With more than 415 square miles, there is plenty to explore. You are almost guaranteed to see elk and moose along the way! PLUS, it is the perfect time to see the males in rut. Be sure to check here, for operating status, reservations, and COVID-19 restrictions.
With more than 600 miles in local trails, that could remain dry for several weeks to come, there are endless possibilities to explore. Between the crisp autumn air and the changing colors of the mountainsides, mountain biking is the perfect fall activity.
Take a Scenic Drive
Pack a dinner and your loved ones into the car and head to one of the many gorgeous routes in the county. Some of my favorites include Corona Pass and Cottonwood Pass!
Real Estate of Winter Park emphasizes teamwork, customer service and a strong marketing campaign. By working together we help each other and our clients to create the best real estate experience for everyone!
With the second snowfall of the season and more in the forecast,
"Lisa LeClair Waldorf has now taken us through four real estate transactions, and in each one, she has given us great professional advice, never made us feel pressured in any way, and was always good company when we were looking at properties. There is no one we'd rather work with."
