As a Colorado Native I was grew up with an innate love and respect for the Rocky Mountains and all of the beauty, tranquility and recreational opportunities they offer. I started skiing at the age of 5 at Winter Park Resort. My earliest memory of the Winter Park Ski area was the exciting accomplishment I felt when I made it to the top of the T-bar without falling off! I ventured away from this great state after graduating from CU to pursue a corporate career in Arizona. After 2 and half years of desert living I couldn’t wait to come back to Colorado. I always wanted to live in a ski town, so in 1989 I moved to Winter Park. I knew as soon as soon as I landed here that the Fraser Valley was my home. I began working as a Realtor in 1996. My focus as a real estate professional is to assist you to evaluate and achieve your goals by listening to your wishes and needs. I specialize in customer satisfaction by paying attention to details and by responding promptly. I enjoy meeting and working with new people and nurturing past relationships while sharing my local knowledge and my passion for the mountain lifestyle.

Like most locals of the Winter Park area, I was only supposed to be here for a short period of time. Three months was as long as I would stay…12 years later…here I am!!! Still loving every minute of living in, and being a part of the Fraser Valley and all that it has to offer. I graduated from the University of Maine with a degree in Recreational Therapy. I worked with the National Sports Center for the Disabled for five years and then made the switch to Real Estate. Working with the disabled allowed me to gain perspective on the importance of assessing and meeting peoples needs. These skills have helped in my Real Estate career as well. I am a native of New England. After graduating from Bucknell University in 1994, I accepted a position teaching a developmental reading/ English course which took me all over the country to various private high schools. I also spent time teaching overseas in Beijing, China and Kingston, Jamaica. After all the traveling and teaching was over, I landed in Winter Park to ski for a season. Nearly 11 years later….I’m still living here and loving it! The aspect of real estate I enjoy most is getting to meet new and often wonderful people. It is most rewarding when I can educate people about this great Valley and help them find their ideal property whether it be a second home or condo, an investment property, a first home or a piece of land. My clients are very diverse as they are year round locals, developers, investors and 2nd home buyers and they all appreciate the wonderful community which is the Fraser Valley. I am currently the Past President of the Grand County Board of Realtors. While having served on the Board for the past 4 years, our Board has accomplished many feats, including having our first (of hopefully many) profitable years. Our primary commitments are to serving our Realtor members and giving our time, money and resources back to this great community. There is never a shortage of recreational activities in Grand County which is one of the many reasons why I love it here. I am an avid telemark and cross country skier and enjoy biking and hiking in the warmer months.

After graduating from the New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/ Marketing, Peter left his home in Manhattan, New York and his job with Merrill Lynch Stock Brokerage, to hit the slopes in Colorado. This was in 1968 and he hasn’t looked back to the East since. After experiencing the mountain lifestyle in Aspen, Steamboat, and Dillon, Peter settled near the Evergreen area. Peter has been involved in the real estate business in Winter Park for twenty years now. Previous to Peter’s partnership at Real Estate of Winter Park, he consistently performed in the top 2% of Coldwell Banker agent’s world wide thus receiving the International Presidents Circle Award. Peter loves the people, the mountains, and the way of life that Grand County has to offer and looks forward to sharing all this with customers and clients that have supported him and to all newcomers in the future.

Ron Owens is a native of Colorado and has been enjoying all of the wonderful adventures the Fraser Valley has to offer since the 1950's. He sold advertising solutions to customers large and small for twenty years while working as a sales professional for Dex Yellow Pages. Prior to that he spent twelve years as a Court Administrator for the judicial systems of Denver and Atlanta. He believes in giving back to his community and has done so by being active in starting up several HOA's in Pole Creek Valley in Tabernash where he enjoys living. His passion is helping others succeed in realizing their real estate goals.

A Colorado native, I first experienced Grand County spending summer weekends at the family cabin on Lake Granby boating and water-skiing. In 1999, my husband Regis and I realized our dream of living in the mountains when we moved to Winter Park.
